King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan were paying a working visit to Italy today. The Royal couple was officially welcomed by the Italian President Sergio Mattarella and his daughter Laura Mattarella at the Quirinale Palace in Rome.

After the welcome ceremony, The King headed for bilaterl meetings with the President, Prime Minister and other Government officials, while The Queen discussed the mutual subject of interests with Laura Mattarella at the Quirinale Palace in Rome.
