Queen Rania of Jordan visited Al Zarqa on Sunday where she hosted a lunch for the women representative of various communities across the region who are working to empower the local communities.

At the lunch, which was held at the Hashemite University’s campus, Her Majesty was welcomed by the university’s Vice President, Sultan Maani, and Al Zarqa’s Governor, Hasan Jbour, before having a discussion with the women who work at various educational institutions, and are active in social, volunteer, and youth-related work.
